You’re  familiar with the State of the Union address, but what about the State of the Brewery? On January 27th, 2011, Victory Brewing Company had their first ever State of the Brewery address. Victory’s co-founders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski spend twenty minutes talking about the past year at Victory Brewing, as well as what is ahead for one of Pennsylvania’s biggest breweries.

Head over to their YouTube channel to watch the two-part State of the Brewery address. A couple of interesting highlights from the videos:

• - With the recent expansions that Victory has implemented, they have increased their capacity to 100,000 from about 67,000 barrels (1 barrel is 31 US gallons)
• - Sales for 2010 were up 18% over 2009, reaching 58,828 barrels in sales. They were ranked 30th in the nation in 2009 beer sales by volume [source]
